Adding a Client Contact using Client Contact Maintenance

Client Contact Maintenance can be used to allow users permissions to add client contacts only.

This blocks the add function from Contact Maintenance to stop rostering staff entering new clients or employees without management approval.

1. Go to Operations, Client Contacts Maintenance

2. Select the Client then click find to double check the contact does not already exist

3. Click Add and follow the steps above skipping step 5 as the contact is already linked
