It is important to setup appropriate depot permissions for each user
Double clicking a row in the Locked/ Allowed Depots list will cycle through the status
| • | Green tick - sets the depot as Primary allowed depot. Meaning the depot will be presented in drop down lists and form the initial filter for job bookings and other similar transactions. |
| • | Red Cross - depot hidden from user and not available in lists |
| • | Blank Status - depot is accessible by the user but not presented in primary lists when booking work. For example "Queensland" above would show in a depot filter for reports but Clients in the Queensland depot would not be visible during job booking until the second stage "Show all Clients" button is selected |
