If you need to pass a general message (handover) onto the other ManStat users, a good way to do this is to go to Operations – Whiteboard and the following screen will appear.
Press the Add button and the following screen will appear:
It’s a good idea to make the Start Date a day before the date you actually need other users to see the note and the End Date the day after the intended date to make sure the note is visible on the intended date.
The note will then appear on the Information Centre between the specified dates and then disappear, almost like an expiring post it note.
