Any changes that have been made in the previous weeks jobs/ timesheets /dockets etc, reverts the affected timesheet back to Unallocated and if not consolidated, will stay in the system forever.
To consolidate – Go to Administration, Verify Employee Timesheet, select a numbered timesheet, highlight a shift in it and press the Consolidate button. This will collect and move all unallocated timesheets associated with numbered timesheet selected.
