Don’t Calculate – useful for re-exporting, stops recalculation of pays.  ManStat will skip that step so that the end result should be exactly the same as the first export.

Process Deductions – this does the pays and looks at employee deduction setup in the employee payroll tab for uniform deductions etc.

Process Orphans – this will look for manual timesheet entries regardless of whether there are non-allowable pays i.e. shifts marked as disallowed.

Use empty pay for template – (Attaché only) this is useful to stop things that have been put in employee standard pays i.e. union deductions etc.

Good for ‘top up’ of pays.
