What is “NO CODE FOUND”?
“No Code Found” appears in invoices when –
1. A product has been entered into the award for billing purposes but does not match any ManStat product code.
OR
2. No code has been entered in the award matrix, but for example, the meal allowance in the award has been turned on.
With no code to match, the NO CODE FOUND message will appear on an invoice.
NOCODEFOUND FOR CREWTRVTD1
means that there is no corresponding product with that code
