To view or edit the Income Types Table, go to File, Roster Setup, Income Types Table.
The following are the descriptions of the columns in the Income Types Table -
PAYCODE – the ManStat code for item/rate.
ATTACHECODE – the code that is found in your accounting package that relates to the pay code in ManStat. This is generally the same as the pay code (ManStat) but it does not have to be.
TYPE – type of income for the pay code i.e. N – Normal, A – Allowance, D – Deductions and E - Employer Contributions. Filling this column in is preferred but not needed.
DESCRIPTION – description of the pay code.
PAYID – each pay code may require a unique number. Using a 0 for all is normally fine.
UNIT – description of unit type i.e. Hours, kilometres etc.
AMOUNT – the actual paid $ rate. Essential if you want to report on costs.
EXPORTSCRIPT – The script needed to export these codes to specific accounting packages i.e. Exo.
