Consolidated Electronic Clients

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

There is an account setup procedure to cover “Consolidated Electronic” clients.

In general terms a Master account is setup in ManStat, becoming the primary debtor and the holder of contract specific information.

You then add the contract wording details into the clients address.

No work is ever booked to this Pseudo Client; it is an interaction pathway between ManStat and the back office finance system only.

Each contract division is then created as an active client.

Each of these sub-clients or projects/divisions holds work booked to and division specific data such as the division name (in client classification).

You can also use project numbers when booking the job so you would have order number and project number in separate fields for segmentation.
