A function has been created so that staff with expired driver’s licences will not be able to be rostered on as drivers. They will still be able to rostered on as 'straight to sites' or 'passengers'.
1. In central setting, checkdriverstatus = true turns on the co-op licence so only people with a valid co-op licence and DRI classification can be drivers.
2. A script is to be created and run to check for licences with a -3 value.
If it finds an expired -3 licence it will turn off the co-op licence for that employee.This way they can still be rostered as passengers but not as drivers.
***Note: As a safety measure there is no automatic reverse of this process. This will need to be done manually.
