ManStat has a consistent design for maintenance screens for most objects or entities within the program. Functionality is similar across the maintenance screens giving search with wildcard capabilities on most fields. The major difference between this and the basic Job Maintenance screen is that the costing screen will only display job not yet invoiced
Alterations on the costing screen will affect how a job is billed to the client. Shift times and docket details can be altered – individual shifts can be excluded from billing without affecting payroll and requirements such as equipment, hire, or global chargeable items can be altered as suits the client or circumstances. Manual billing is also possible should the need arise.
