At times some clients may negotiate different base rules for overtime. It is common for major clients to negotiate a 10hr day rather than the standard 8. In this instance the standard award can be used and the client can be set to use alternate OT hours in the billing options for the client.
Once this is done the specific award needs to be updated changing the VOL Hours (File, Roster Setup, Daily Rules for Payroll) to meet the new overtime rules.
